Powell Frenchies looks like a scam. If you reverse image search some of the pictures on the site, they were stolen from elsewhere. My male dog is also bigger than expected.
They talk a good talk and are super organized on the website/social media side of things. But in reality they are just puppy brokers for a bunch of backyard breeders. It took us months to get her healthy before we could even begin to potty train her. At first James promised us a partial refund, then he reneged on that. Our contract stated that we would get vet fees back, sent copies of invoices and never got anything. Wrote reviews online and he had them pulled down and stated that we were just trying to get money out of him and that we couldn’t afford the dog.
